The Duplicate Record Remover is licensed on the basis of the number of records you want to examine. Before purchasing a license you will need to install the product and open the License window in order to get the Registration Token. This token is used to generate a product key specifically for the computer the product is installed on.

Look in the user manual under Licensing for further details on how to unlock your evaluation version of the tool.

Service Support Contract

All licenses come with the Standard Level support contract which includes email support. If you require phone support and priority queue support you can optionally select to be upgraded to a Gold Level support contract.

License Installation Instructions

You will need to follow these steps to license your software:

  1. Install the software on the computer you will run it from.
  2. Click the License button in the Setup Wizard to open the licensing window.
  3. Copy the Registration Token value from this window into the Secure Order Form when purchasing the product.
  4. Enter your details and make payment.
  5. You will be given a product key (it will also be emailed to you). Copy and paste this key into the License window and click 'Load License'.

You are now licensed to examine your database for duplicates!

Evaluation Mode Limitations

By default the tool runs in Evaluation Mode - you need to purchase a license to be given a product key to unlock the tool. Evaluation mode limits the number of records you can examine for duplicates to only a random 20% of your records (up to a maximum of 2000 records).

Once you are satisfied that the software meets your needs, you will need to purchase a license to fully unlock the examination process so you can examine all your data.
