Navigating through the records

 

As you process each duplicate (by clicking either “Ignore” or “Merge”), they are removed from the list of matches remaining and you are moved onto the next match. 

However you can also review and select the matches you want to process with the following methods:

 

Navigating Back and Forward

 

Changing the Filter

 

Finding a particular Primary Key
