Export Raw Data

 

This option allows you to export the data as it currently stands (cleaned or otherwise – depending on how much processing you have completed) so you can re-import the data back into your system in its de-duplicated form.  There are three formats available to you: CSV, Excel and XML:

To export your data:

1)    Click on the  button and specify the file name and path for the output file.

2)    Click the “Export Data as…” button.  The tool will create the file in the specified location and then open it.

 

Save as CSV file

This will save the data in comma delimited and text-qualified format, containing the field headers as the first row:

 

Save as Excel file

This will save the data as an Excel 2000-2003 xls file, containing the headers as the first row:

 

Save as XML file

This will save the data in XML format so a programmer can write the code needed to read through the data and automatically update your database:
