Export Changes in Batches

 

You have a choice of exporting all the changes in one file or report, or exporting sets of the changes in batches.

Exporting in batches is useful when you have a large number of duplicates to manually process.  You might have administration staff manually processing duplicates over a period of time.  Then you can export the updates they have made every few days (as a new batch each time so you only get the latest updates made) and apply the updates needed to the live database.  This staged processing allows the duplicates to continue to be processed over a longer period of time (perhaps only when staff have some free time from their regular duties).
