The Examination Process

The tool will examine your data using our advanced fuzzy-logic algorithm to accurately identify duplicates regardless of spelling mistakes, abbreviations, or data placed in incorrect fields:

And when finished it will report how many duplicates have been found:

The Processing Tool

This tool is used to merge records together when they have been identified as duplicate. The color coding show which fields are at risk of loosing data during a merge and need to be reviewed before the merge takes place:

The Master Record on the left is the record that will be left after a merge has taken place:

The color-coding of cells shows at a glance what data will be lost if a merge was done for that record:

Exporting Cleaned Data

There are a number of options for exporting the cleaned data so that you can update your live data with it:
